We Stand Together Through Tragedy

Our hearts still ache after the tragic event that took place June 14, which took the lives of our Teamster brothers Wayne Chan, Michael Lefiti, and Benson Louie of Local 2785.  This tragedy now leaves three families torn apart with the wives and children of our brothers in need of comfort and support.

In response to the many requests the Teamsters have received, Joint Council 7 and Local 2785 have established a fund to help the families of our Teamster brothers.  If you would like to help, contributions for the families can be made to:

All Charities Teamsters
Memorial for W. Chan/M. Lefiti/B. Louie
c/o Teamsters Local Joint Council #7
250 Executive Park Blvd., Suite 3100

A memorial will also be taking place on Sunday, July 9.  Join family, friends, and the community as we honor those lost.
