UC Davis Health leadership have agreed to meet with Teamsters and other UCD Unions over UC Davis Health’s unfair parking rates!
UC Davis Health Labor Relations leaders Shareef Valentine and Danielle Keller agreed to the meeting after a coalition of UCD Unions—including Teamsters, UPTE-CWA 9119, AFSCME 3299, CNA, UAW 5810 and 2865, and CIR-SEIU—marched to the Administration building on Thursday, October 27. We demanded that leadership meet with us within wo weeks to discuss how UC Davis Health’s parking failures deeply impact workers, including:

- Members coming to work up to three hours early just to find parking
- Waiting 30 minutes for shuttles without shelter
- The sharp reduction in number of accessible bike racks
- Members being forced to pay for parking spots that don’t exist!
