This week CSU is holding three public forums to solicit worker feedback on the search for a new CSU Chancellor. We need Teamsters to show up, in-person or virtually, to demand the new Chancellor make salary steps for support staff their number one priority!

CSU Teamsters and other support staff have struggled too long on CSU’s sub-par pay. Sign up to give public comment and let the search committee and future Chancellor know:
- On average, CSU workers make 12% less than the market median for their positions.
- Many long-time CSU workers make only pennies more than new hires.
- CSU non-faculty staff are the only state workers without a salary step structure
- We need a Chancellor who will support CSU workers!
