Wage Re – Opener
Side Letter
In the event negotiated annual base – building increases for the SX, RX or TX unit for the 2017 Successor bargaining exceed 3% (averaged over the fiscal years since the last increase, including duration of the agreement) the Union has the right, within 60 days of ratification of an SX, RX or TX contract containing such increase to provide written notice to the University to re – open Article 45, Wages, after which the Parties shall meet and confer to bargai n additional wage increases, if any.
This side letter shall not apply on or after July 1, 2021.
