Teamster workers make California higher education work. We support student learning, answer hospital phones, repair and maintain campus infrastructure, provide early childhood education, and more. We keep the UC and CSU running.

But as UC and CSU grow we are left behind. We are under-staffed, underpaid, and barely able to afford housing. We are essential workers, and we need essential pay.

• UC pays all nine Chancellors huge raises on top of their six-figure incomes.
• CSU has received $2.874 billion in federal stimulus since the start of the pandemic
• But UC and CSU won’t give essential workers fair raises and benefits.
