As a result of a decision issued by the State Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) on June 10, 2025, more than 1,200 workers in the Admin Officer 3 & 4, Facilities Management Specialist 4, and Administrator/Senior Administrator (LBNL) classifications across the state are now covered by the Teamsters Local 2010 CX Bargaining Unit.
Now that you are represented, your wages, hours and working conditions are immediately protected under the CX Union contract and we will be bargaining initial pay ranges and step placement. You will receive your first Teamsters raise of 3.2% plus a 2% salary step proxy (non-probationary) effective July 1, 2025, and LBNL workers will receive a 5.5% raise effective October 1, 2025. Our Teamsters raises are guaranteed, which is not the case for unrepresented workers.

We are only as strong as our members and when we bargain we need to show the UC that we are united and ready to do what it takes to get the best agreement possible. The dues rate is 1.44% of your base earnings—You will see that the Union difference of increased earnings in your paycheck will far outweigh the cost of dues!
