Our existing contract expires in March 2026 – the more people we have the stronger the next contract will be! The best way for UC staff to have a voice at work and a seat at the table to address workplace issues is through their union membership and participation!
Our current contract includes:
- Guaranteed Wages increases in 2022, 2023, 2025 and 2025
- “Me Too” Wage Language
- Caps on Health Plan Premium Increases
- Just Cause and Progressive Discipline
- Compensation for Higher Level Work
- Training and Development Leave (40 hours per calendar year)
- Grievance Procedure Including Binding Arbitration
- Respectful Fair Treatment at Work
