Along with the support of our members and friends, our Teamsters Bargaining Team held the line on improved salary ranges and step placement, increasing starting pay by almost $9,000 or 16% on average for Financial Analysts 1-2 and Financial Services Analyst 1-2 across the state. After 11 formal bargaining sessions, we are pleased to recommend a YES vote by members on the agreement.

“The bargaining process is a wonderful opportunity for the UC employees to be heard and fight for the wages they feel they’ve worked for and earned. Coming to agreements with the UC on raises really provides us with the validation that we are seen, heard, and valued.”
