Beginning Sept. 21, K4 Teamsters members will be able to cast our votes on our powerful new Tentative Agreement. Our agreement includes a 30.1% average compounded raise for all workers over five years, strong healthcare cost caps and subsidies that match those negotiated for our CX Unit siblings, and more! Find the vote meeting for your worksite on the list below to make sure your voice is heard.
Voting Meetings:
- Monday, Sept. 21: NRB Auditorium, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Wednesday, Sept. 23: Covel Commons, 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
- Thursday, Sept. 24: RRUMC – Swing/Night Shift, 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Tuesday, Sept. 29: UA North, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- Wednesday, Sept. 30: UA South, 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
If you are unable to attend any of the above meetings, contact Union Rep John Viera. Digital ballots will be available for members who can’t attend any in-person meeting.
Tentative Wage Schedule:
- Effective July 1, 2026: 6% raise (5% across-the-board raise and 1% bargaining unit equity increase provided to all workers)
- Effective July 1, 2027: 6% raise (5% across-the-board raise and 1% bargaining unit equity increase provided to all workers)
- Effective July 1, 2028: 5% across-the-board raise
- Effective July 1, 2029: 5% across-the-board raise
- Effective July 1, 2030: 5% across-the-board raise
