Our new contract includes a 30.1% average compounded raise for all workers over five years, strong healthcare cost caps and subsidies that will result in significantly lower medical premiums, and more. We won this contract through our solidarity in the workplace and our dedication to fighting for dignity and equality for every K4 Teamsters worker!
Our contract was ratified by 71% of voting K4 Teamsters. That supermajority approval shows that members agree: This contract is a major victory for UCLA Skilled Trades Teamsters!
Guaranteed Wage Schedule:
- Effective July 1, 2026: 6% raise (5% across-the-board raise and 1% bargaining unit equity increase provided to all workers)
- Effective July 1, 2027: 6% raise (5% across-the-board raise and 1% bargaining unit equity increase provided to all workers)
- Effective July 1, 2028: 5% across-the-board raise
- Effective July 1, 2029: 5% across-the-board raise
- Effective July 1, 2030: 5% across-the-board raise
