After a year of tough negotiations, rallies, pickets, and powerful shows of strength at the worksite, Skilled Trades Teamsters have reached a Tentative Agreement with UCSD! This agreement includes a 30.1% average compounded raise for all workers over five years, strong healthcare cost caps and subsidies that will result in significantly lower medical premiums, and more. Our Bargaining Team strongly recommends a YES vote on this agreement!

Tentative Wage Schedule:
- Effective July 1, 2026: 6% raise (5% across-the-board raise and 1% bargaining unit equity increase provided to all workers)
- Effective July 1, 2027: 6% raise (5% across-the-board raise and 1% bargaining unit equity increase provided to all workers)
- Effective July 1, 2028: 5% across-the-board raise
- Effective July 1, 2029: 5% across-the-board raise
- Effective July 1, 2030: 5% across-the-board raise
On Wednesday, Sept. 30, Thursday, Oct. 1, and Friday, Oct. 2, members can vote in person on this Tentative Agreement, hear directly from the bargaining team, and raise any questions. If you work in remote areas or will not be at work during the voting period and would like to vote, please contact Union Representative Michael Sherritt at 619-455-5881 or msherritt@teamsters2010.org prior to 4:00 PM on Friday, Oct. 2 for an electronic ballot.
