We are proud to announce that nominations for our K4 Bargaining Team are now open! In accordance with the agreement with the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), our Teamsters Bargaining Team will be made up of eight members. These members will epitomize the best in our Union and will represent the interests of 639 Teamsters Skilled Trades members at UCLA.
Nominations
Nominations begin June 2 and will be accepted through Friday, June 13 at 4:00 PM. If you would like to nominate a colleague for the K4 Bargaining Team, fill out the nomination form and submit it to Carlos Diaz at cdiaz@teamsters2010.org.
All UCLA Skilled Trades members in good standing have the right to nominate, second or be a candidate for the Bargaining Team. Nominations and seconds must be made by a UCLA Skilled Trades member other than the nominee and accepted by the nominee. All nominees must complete the nomination form including the pledge regarding the duties of team members. Nominators and nominees are encouraged to verify their membership status by contacting Union Representative John Viera.
Bargaining Team
Bargaining Team members will be made up of seven Campus members and one UCLA Health member. Each member in good standing who works in the areas listed below may vote for for the number of Bargaining Team nominees indicated.

- Santa Monica Hospital, HK / Ronald Reagan, Med Group, Semel, UCLA West Hills, Clinics: 1
- Swing / Graveyard: 1
- Total Seats: 8
Elections and Voting
All UCLA Skilled Trades Teamsters members are eligible to vote in the K4 Bargaining Team elections, which will be conducted in person at a location in each area from July 8 to July 18. Election results will be sent on July 23.
