Nominate your Teamsters K3 Bargaining Team!

We are proud to announce that nominations for our K3 Bargaining Team are now open! In accordance with the agreement with the University of California at Davis, our Teamsters Bargaining Team will be made up of eight Skilled Trades members. These members will epitomize the best in our Union and will represent the interests of the more than 300 Teamsters Skilled Trades workers at UC Davis.

Bargaining Team

Bargaining Team members will be made up of five Campus members and three Medical Center members. The election will be conducted electronically.

  • Each member in good standing working on Campus may vote for up to five Bargaining Team members.
  • Each member in good standing working at UC Davis Medical Center / Health may vote for up to three Bargaining Team members.

Nominations

Nominations begin May 27 and will be accepted through Friday, June 6. If you would like to nominate a colleague for the UC Davis Skilled Trades K3 Bargaining Team, fill out the nomination form and submit it to Teamsters Local 2010 no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025.

Bargaining Team candidates must be:

  1. Nominated by a member in good standing other than the nominee.
  2. Seconded by a member in good standing other than the nominee.
  3. Accepted by the nominee.

UC Davis Skilled Trades members who have signed a Member Power form have the right to nominate, second or be a candidate to serve on the Bargaining Team. Nominators and nominees are encouraged to verify their membership status by contacting Union Representative Jose Fuentes.

All nominees must complete the nomination form, including the pledge, regarding the duties of team members.

Election

All UC Davis Skilled Trades Teamsters full members are eligible to vote in the K3 Bargaining Team elections, which will be conducted by electronic ballot from June 10 to June 20. The results will be emailed to members on June 23, 2025. All K3 Union members will receive a ballot beginning June 10, 2025.

We wish all candidates well and hope to have all UC Davis Skilled Trades members participate in the election process.
