Help us fight back against UCLA’s attempts to force Patient Access Services workers back into the office!
Recently, UCLA Health managers summoned Teamsters workers in Patient Access Services into individual meetings to pressure them into signing new telework agreements with mandatory in-person requirements. Workers were told that refusal to sign would result in immediate revocation of remote arrangements and a five-day onsite requirement!
Our CX Teamsters Bargaining Team is currently negotiating remote work as part of our successor contract negotiations, making UCLA’s threats directly tied to Union activity.
We refuse to accept this interference with our protected rights! No retaliation for Union activity!
Many of the Teamsters impacted by this change were hired into positions designated as fully remote. This work has been performed successfully in a fully remote environment, and they have consistently met productivity expectations and performance standards. UCLA’s proposed changes arbitrarily punish good workers who keep UCLA’s hospitals and clinics running!
We say no to UCLA’s underhanded threats!
