James R. Hoffa Scholarship Fund
All seniors in high school who are the children or financial dependents of Teamsters members are encouraged to apply to the James R. Hoffa Memorial Scholarship Fund. JRHMSF awarded $1.2 million in $1,000-$10,000 scholarships for college and $500-$2,000 scholarships for vocational/training program scholarships to Teamsters kids in 2025.

Joint Council 42 Scholarship – Deadline Extended!
Available to Southern California Teamsters only.
The Teamsters Joint Council 42 Scholarship is now open for applications, giving graduating high school seniors the opportunity to receive financial support for their education. If you’re a child of an active Teamsters member whose local is affiliated with JC42, don’t miss this chance!

Teamsters Scholarship Fund
600 educational scholarships are available to the children and dependents of active Teamsters members through the Teamster Scholarship Fund. Use the Program Key “TSF” on the application website.
Deadline: April 1, 2026
Children of Teamsters union staff or executive board members are not eligible to apply. Parents must be full members of Local 2010. If you’re not already a member, check out all of the other benefits, including scholarships, that come with Union membership!
