Our Union keeps getting bigger and stronger! More than 1,200 UC workers in the Administrative Officer 3 & 4, Facilities Management Specialist 4, and Administrator/Senior Administrator (LBNL) classifications have won Union representation with Teamsters Local 2010.
Working at campuses, health centers, and labs across the state, our newest sisters and brothers joined our Union following a petition made to the state Public Employment Relations Board. Our petition successfully argued that the work of these unrepresented employees was wrongfully removed from our Teamsters CX Unit in years past and the UC has agreed to placement in our bargaining unit.
Now workers are back where they belong—Union-represented and immediately benefiting from all the rights and raises provided by our Teamsters contract!

New workers will begin bargaining soon for salary ranges and initial step placement ahead of our unit-wide negotiations for our next CX contract, which will begin later this year.
