For over a year, CSU has failed to pay our July 2025 raises. No CSU employee got a raise in 2025—except for the campus presidents and senior executives. And now, CSU refuses to bargain future raises in good faith while, at the same time, demanding we give up the critical benefits and securities we, and our families, rely on. No other public employer in California has treated their employees worse.
We’re gearing up for rallies and actions at CSU campuses across the state, together with our Union siblings at CFA and CSUEU, to take the fight straight to the bosses. Find an action at your campus below!
