Ballots were mailed to all Teamsters Local 2010 members on Monday, Nov. 3 for the election of Local Union Officers, and for delegates and alternate delegates to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters annual convention. If you have not received your ballots by Monday, Nov. 10, you may then request replacement ballots from the Unilect Ballot Request Call Center at 866-466-6455. They will not take replacement requests before Nov. 10.
All members are encouraged to participate in our Union’s governance by voting and to mark your ballots and mail them in as soon as you receive them.
The Local Union election will elect those who will serve for the next three years on the Teamsters 2010 Executive Board, as well as Skilled Trades Board officers and members, and Administrative Workers Board officers and members. Members will vote to elect 17 delegates and 17 alternate delegates to represent them at the International Convention, which is held once every five years. The delegates play a key role in the union’s democratic process, shaping its direction and leadership for the coming years. IBT delegates may participate in critical tasks such as amending the IBT constitution, nominating candidates for top leadership positions, voting on resolutions, and electing trustees who oversee IBT finances.
There will be options to vote for an entire “slate” of candidates, or you may vote for candidates individually.
Please follow the ballot return instructions carefully: There will be one ballot for the Local Union Officers election and another ballot for the IBT delegates election. Each ballot must be returned in its own, postage-paid and color-coded envelope. Do not return both ballots in the same envelope or they will not be counted!
In order for your ballots to be counted, they must be in the Election Supervisor’s Post Office Box by 11:00AM on Dec. 2, 2025. Don’t delay, send in your ballots right away! For more details, view the Election Supervisor’s Notice by clicking below.
