Huge news in our Unfair Labor Practice case against the CSU! The state Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) has issued a formal complaint against CSU for their failure to pay our 2025 contractual raises!
This complaint means that PERB believes our Unfair Labor Practice charge against CSU—that they violated our contract and our rights by failing to pay our guaranteed raises in July 2025—has merit and that our fight for justice can continue before the Board. An informal settlement conference between our Union and CSU will be scheduled shortly. If we don’t come to an agreement at the conference, our case will proceed to a formal hearing before an administrative law judge.

“We are pleased that the State Labor Board issued this Complaint in our favor agreeing that CSU’s failure to pay our July 2025 raises was unlawful. Teamsters Local 2010 will continue our fight on every front to win the fair treatment we deserve from CSU and implementation of our hard-fought step increases and raises!”
Jason Rabinowitz
Secretary-Treasurer
This is a major victory for CSU Teamsters. We will continue to pursue our case before the state as we go back to the bargaining table with CSU to fight for implementation of our raises and step increases.
