After months of tough bargaining, member support, and solidarity from Teamsters across the state, Teamsters EA3s have ratified our first-ever Union wage and benefits agreement!
98% of voting Teamsters said YES to our agreement! This overwhelming majority is a testament to the strength of our new agreement, which includes improved salary ranges, better step placements and increased starting pay by almost 17% on average for EA3s on every campus and medical center!
Under the terms of our new agreement, the UC has until June 10 to process retro pay and initial step placements for all Teamsters EA3s.
