Teamsters Make Strides in Health & Safety, Stand Strong Against Subcontracting

arrow leftGo Back

Our K4 Bargaining Team met with UCLA management Feb. 23-24 to keep negotiating a strong contract. We are nearing the end of bargaining over non-economic articles and anticipate we will present our compensation proposal in March. Our work keeping UCLA campus and health safe and maintained for students and the entire UCLA community is important and our proposal will recognize our skills and contributions.

So far in negotiations, we have made tentative agreements that acknowledge members who wish to advance their career through training & development, licenses and certifications.

We will host a series of membership meetings over the next two weeks to update members on progress made so far and answer questions.
