Contract Negotiations Jan. 12-13, 2026

On Jan. 12-13, our Teamsters K4 Bargaining Team for UCLA Skilled Trades workers continued to meet to secure a strong contract. Although there has been some movement to recognize members who go above and beyond in their respective trades, there is disagreement on what that looks like. We will continue to push to win a strong contract, but we anticipate more resistance as we progress, so we need to be ready to fight back!
