UC Davis K3 Teamsters Bargaining Update, July 15, 2026

On July 13, our UC Davis Skilled Trades Teamsters Bargaining Team met with UC Davis to continue negotiations for our K3 successor contract. Our Teamsters Bargaining Team is keeping up the fight for the wages, benefits, protections, and respect that all K3 Teamsters have earned!

Our team reached two tentative agreements with UC Davis on Article 20 – Military Leave and on a new contract article on Work Force Technology, which will help protect our jobs from AI.

Our next bargaining session will be held on July 16 at UC Davis campus. As K3 workers receive the final raise of our 2023-2026 contract, our Bargaining Team will continue to fight for the best-possible wages for K3 Teamsters by submitting our first wage proposal for our next contract this month.

Power at the bargaining table puts money in our pockets, and an active and engaged membership gives our Bargaining Team that power. If you are not yet a Teamsters member, sign up now!
