ARTICLE 46 DURATION
This Agreement shall become effective on April 5, 2017, and shall remain in full force and effect until 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2022. This Agreement shall automatically renew itself unless either of the parties’ requests in writing that negotiations for a successor Agreement commence. Unless the parties agree otherwise, notification of such a request must be submitted by either party at least ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while negotiations for a successor agreement are continuing.
