CSU Teamsters Win Return of CTO

Our Union has obtained an agreement from the CSU to reinstate Compensatory Time Off (CTO) at all CSU campuses where CTO was in use prior to the expiration of our contract. CTO is reinstated as of Jan. 20.

CSU illegally and unilaterally prevented Teamsters from accruing and using CTO after our previous contract expired on July 1, 2023. Our Union filed an Unfair Labor Practice against the CSU and the CSU has now agreed to reinstate CTO during the ratification voting period of our new Tentative Agreement. CTO will remain in place if our agreement is ratified.
