Local 2010 election ballots for delegates to the 2021 International Brotherhood of Teamsters Convention began arriving in mailboxes last Saturday — have you received yours? Make sure to check your mail daily so that you may complete your ballot and mail it back right away.
Ballots must be received at the Post Office Box designated in your election packet by 11:00 AM, Monday, March 29, 2021. Counting of ballots will begin promptly at 12:00 PM on Monday, March 29, 2021, at Teamsters Local 2010, 400 Roland Way, Suite 2010, Oakland, California 94621.
Members who do not receive their ballot by Wednesday, March 10, 2021, should call UniLect Election Services toll-free at 1-855-240-0363 to request a duplicate ballot. You may also request a duplicate ballot if your ballot is lost, spoiled or you made a mistake. Instructions for completion of the ballot and eligibility requirements for voters are enclosed in the ballot package. This is a secret ballot vote.
The nomination and election process is being conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Constitution and the Local 2010 Bylaws, which are available from the Local Union upon request.
