Dear Teamsters Sisters and Brothers,
As the year draws to a close, I want to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your dedication and hard work over the past year for Teamster 2010 and the labor movement in general. These past few years have been quite challenging for workers across this country, but we have persevered to champion workers rights in the workplace.
During this joyful holiday season, I want to extend my best wishes for a healthy, happy and prosperous new year to you, your family and friends. Though we all celebrate this season in different ways, we can be thankful for the camaraderie and solidarity we have developed, which gives each of us the strength to fight for what is right for workers everywhere. It is my fervent hope that the spirit of our shared faith in justice and equality within the workplace spreads far and wide as we renew our commitment to the Union values that drive Local 2010 to be the force we are.
