ARTICLE 15 – SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL  

A. Shift Differential 

  1. An employee who works other than a day shift shall receive one  dollar and seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour in addition to their  regular hourly rate of pay.                                                                      
  2. A shift differential shall be paid for all hours of a shift when four  (4) hours or more of a shift are worked after 4:00 p.m. and before  7:00 a.m.
